Well, at least they're cooking...
Portrait of the 21st Century British Male

Group of men walking towards me, all in suits, clearly just finished work. I'd say they were in their late 20-s - early 30's.

Man 1: Yeah, I did Jamie Oliver's roast potatoes...

Man 2: Wow

Man 1: ...they were absolutely bloody fantastic.

Man 2: Did you use goose fat?

Rest of group nod sagely.

That's wonderful, in a very odd sort of way.

Then I remembered your recent Robert de Niro dream and in my head it became:

Man 1: Yeah, I did Jamie Oliver...

Man 2: Wow

Man 1: ...he was absolutely bloody fantastic.

Man 2: Did you use goose fat?

Rest of group nod sagely.

Have I told you lately how much I love you?

Cat says he's never going to be able to see Jamie Oliver again without thinking about this!

Goose fat, he said? I should try that for myself if I can find it.

How do you do? Name's Matthew.

Hi Matthew, welcome. Yeah, I believe that goose fat is very good for potatoes. It may also be good for what tiger_lantern suggested but I wouldn't know about that.
