It's been a while since I've done a Spam Of The Day but this couldn't be ignored. Over the last 24 hours, I've had 23 of these almost identical spams: they have just one 'word' of text followed by a website address, which I'm obviously not going to replicate here. Just one or two of them would have been pretty funny, after 23 sent in quick succession, I was decking myself.
Man-sizedFuckstickEloy - Fuckstick just doesn't sound sexy, it sounds like a swearword.
PhallusEnlargedVonda - great, now I'm thinking of the deformed penises I saw in a medical museum.

This was one of the macros I made a couple of weeks ago for the giant spam attack.
I thought it was apt since 6A/LJ
will still insist on confusing art with child porn. Open letter of complaint
here. My comment in the signatures reads:
"I'm not a member of fandom but I am an artist and I find it deeply infuriating that LJ, who seem to have very little understanding of art,
keep calling artists pedophiles and child pornographers. Let me assure you 6A/LJ that while artists might like to explore dark issues on occasion, actual child porn has absolutely no place in the art world. My own art isn't figurative at all, so this is not my personal fight. However, 6A/LJ's conflation of 'child porn' with 'obscenity' and 'things it just doesn't like' has been driving me up the wall because I deplore abject stupidity."
EDIT: anildash has posted
an apology for the wording of the sentence that's been causing ructions. However, since I've seen this 'obscene stuff = child porn' garbage repeated in several different places by various 6A/LJ staff, I'm somewhat unconvinced.
